Claire MacLean is the Chief Executive Officer of SHARE Family & Community Services Society (SHARE). Serving over 30,000 vulnerable children, youth, adults, families and seniors in the Lower Mainland each year, SHARE delivers the local food bank, affordable housing, counselling services, support for seniors, addiction services, services for newcomers and refugees, and supports for children and youth with special needs.

As Director, People at Intellistack, a global PE-backed technology company, Dustin operates as a full end-to-end People leader. Based in Canada, he helps lead the People function across North America and EMEA, navigating multi-jurisdictional complexity across the US, UK, Germany, Poland, and beyond. As a queer People leader, Dustin brings a lived understanding of what it means to navigate workplaces that weren't always built with you in mind, and uses that to build ones that are. Not performatively. Structurally. The kind of inclusion that shows up in policy, in manager capability, and in the culture that exists when no one's watching.

Vicky Donovan is Manager of People Operations across Site Group, a family of companies serving the industrial sector. She oversees HR for about 100 employees in BC and Ontario and works closely with its leaders, from the executive team to first-time managers. Vicky started her career in the electrical industry, in administration and project support, and still approaches HR from an operational lens: what helps people do good work, and what gets in their way.
