Forte Law is a boutique employment and labor law firm based in Surrey, British Columbia, with an additional office in Calgary, Alberta. Founded in 2016, the firm is dedicated exclusively to workplace law, offering services to employees, employers, and unions. Their team of experienced lawyers provides practical and compassionate legal solutions across various areas, including employment contracts, workplace investigations, human rights law, and labor relations.
Process
Forte Law had outgrown their existing office due to rapid growth. Their current space no longer supported their team’s needs or reflected their core values. They needed a new environment that was inclusive, fostered equality, promoted well-being, and enhanced the client experience.
Aura partnered with Forte Law to design a space that put people first—both staff and clients. The layout was carefully planned to promote comfort and accessibility. A centrally located guest lounge was positioned under the tallest ceiling height to create an open, welcoming atmosphere, while the reception was reimagined to feel like a concierge desk. These changes were made to elevate the client journey and support internal culture.
The new office now reflects Forte Law’s values and supports their growing team. Clients feel at ease upon arrival, and the enhanced layout has improved the team’s daily experience. The thoughtful design promotes inclusivity, boosts well-being, and creates a space that fosters connection and professionalism.
