BrandAlliance is a promotional marketing company that has grown from a grassroots operation into a trusted partner for some of Canada’s most prominent organizations. Known for their community-centric values and commitment to being a “good neighbour,” BrandAlliance blends creativity, diversity, and collaboration in everything they do.
Process
As BrandAlliance expanded, their existing office no longer aligned with their brand identity or culture. The challenge was to create a space that reflected their values of community, multiculturalism, and creativity, while supporting growth, collaboration, and a modern work style. They needed a workplace that embodied both their roots and forward-thinking approach.
Aura partnered with BrandAlliance to design a space that visually and functionally expressed their brand values. The design strategy involved:
- Using vibrant, multicultural-inspired color palettes to reflect BrandAlliance’s diversity.
- Preserving original industrial elements (brick, beams, mortar) to maintain authenticity and historical connection.
- Incorporating modern installations such as glass partitions, high-tech media features, and contemporary furniture for a retro-modern balance.
- Creating shared spaces like a rooftop patio, break room, and open seating to foster collaboration and creativity.
The final result was a dynamic, culturally expressive workspace that balanced legacy with innovation. BrandAlliance’s new office now mirrors their identity—vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative. The updated space not only supports inter-team connection and idea-sharing but also reinforces their brand presence as a creative and community-driven organization.
