Work has Changed.
Offices are Evolving.
It’s Time to Rethink Everything.
This survey captures how organizations are evolving workplace strategies, redesigning office space, navigating hybrid models, and integrating emerging technologies like AI. It’s designed not just to compare metrics, but to surface shared patterns and spark new conversations.
This study covers:
- Office attendance patterns and evolving hybrid models
- The role of space in culture, collaboration, and performance
- Adoption of AI and digital tools in the workplace
- Employee engagement and organizational agility
- Who’s involved in workplace decisions — and how those decisions get made
- Top industry triggers for workplace change (e.g., growth, cost pressure, culture gaps)

FAQs
Results will be shared with participants a head of a public release. Results will be shared early in 2026 and the public data set will be shared in the late spring 2026.
This survey is for senior and executive level leadership (director levels and higher). However, you can sign up for the employee survey that will be launching following the completion of this executive survey.
Responses are not anonymous so that clarifying questions from our research team and invitations to the executive forums can be made. That being said, data published to the broader pubic will not have identifying data (like survey participant names or companies) showing in the completed dataset.
