While the chartered professional accountants at Jiwan Dhillon considered themselves a top-tier firm, they felt that their space needed to do a significantly better job of reflecting that status. A combination of dated design and a greater need for client comfort and privacy meant they had a serious need to revamp their workspace.

Reflecting positively on the client’s reputation

Aura realized that Jiwan Dhillon’s office was a marketing tool in itself, and made sure that the presence of branding in cool, blue-tinted tones and soft whites would help forward the office’s identity while also making it feel classically traditional in a way that wouldn’t age out. Budgetary concerns were met with attention to style, but also fully established the practical side of things. New rooms established the privacy that staff required, and made sure that the amenities for a proper office — including a proper meeting room and a dedicated space to meet the clients — were present and accounted for.
