Forte Law, a labor and employment law firm, has rapidly grown in recent years. They were keen to upgrade their office because they had outgrown their current space. When the opportunity to purchase a new space and terminate their current lease presented itself, they seized it. They had some specific goals in mind for their new space. They wanted an office that was inclusive, fostered an equal working environment, and promoted wellbeing.
Improving the client experience through office design
When a company experiences rapid growth, the client experience may suffer. But not for Forte Law. When designing their new office, they prioritized providing a better experience for their clients. Their newly renovated guest lounge was strategically placed in the heart of the office and below the highest point in the ceiling to make the lounge feel more open. The central location of the guest lounge allows for access to all meeting rooms and is adjacent to the patio for summer events. Aside from the guest lounge, the reception desk was also altered to resemble a concierge service desk to make the space more welcoming and the client experience more seamless.
At Aura, we believe that an office should always be centered on people. When clients walk into Forte Law’s new office, they feel pleasant, comfortable, and at ease. Overall, these adjustments have improved the team’s well-being and made working in the workplace a more enjoyable experience
