TechEventbrite’s office faced a challenge: their space didn’t properly reflect the company’s identity due to the dull and run-down feeling of its space located in a heritage building. Working to give the company a fresh and more welcoming space meant following heritage building protocols to preserve the building’s structure.
Creating a warm new feel for an old space
We cleaned up millwork and wiring, did some ceiling work, and added in LED lighting strips to brighten up the whole space on a budget. By better utilizing existing space and creating new areas within the office, Eventbrite’s new home is now far more true to who they are. Staff is feeling more energized thanks to having more space for collaboration and hosting events. Attitudes have shifted in the workplace, with staff making stronger efforts to preserve, care for, and respect their physical office space.
